A few words about us and our succesful path.

G.I.R. was founded on September 30th of 2005 with the vision of acquire a factory of construction block, that factory was a 5 year old operational business with a lot of potential in the real state market.

Greatest desitions achieves the best results

The company was founded with a social capital of 50 thousand pesos due to the fastest growing of the company the social capital grew up to the amount of 76.5 millions of pesos in a period of 8 years. Additional to this expantion of the construction blocks sale at this moment G.I.R. is in the process to realize a project called “Las Jollas” this project is based on the construction of two high class towers in Punta Bandera's Baja Mexico with a total investment of 30 million USD. Besides those projects in 2009 we add a new line of business of hardware stores with the alliance of several trade marks and with a network of the cities all over Baja's Mexico. The real facts are that G.I.R. has achieved a very important potential in the business market acquiring more and more expertise and knowledge in every project or alliance with anyother company or investor.

Our succesful approaching to different universities in Baja's region became really succesful, this approachment gives to us more understanding between students and their professional dreams and goals in life and the result was very pleasent for both parts and now G.I.R. is one of their first options to work with.

Winitech México

Excelent Presentation of Winitech in Tijuana

December 5th. was the date and Tijuana was the place a day that it will change the history of security on Mexico and Winitech will be resposible to do that. The event was attended by several personalities from the mexican government and all the different public departments which are responsible for human security and control of the cities.

Winitech technologies was the most important thing to show and to demonstrate their capabilities in so many different situations or events acording to humans and safety of the cities and the result was absolutely great because every person that went that day was able to prove that Winitech's technologies are real and for the most effective.
